people manage stress in many ways, most times they don’t go to find why they have stress

muscular contraction people go to physiotherapy and that is how they handle stress

or think its work so they work less

the important thing is people don’t go into what is the real reason for their stress, they deal with the practical and not the real thing, so it becomes a cycle

the general way of managing stress would be to manage the symptoms but also go to the source

first go in my mind go to normal, leave the stress, and start to breath. Breath deep, inhale through nose and exhale through the mouth. be aware of the breathing.

stretch my neck, drink water, look at the sky.

Praying?

I always talk to G-d, when im stressed also. it’s a conversation not so much like praying.

Praying helps to understand the situation but its not the main thing.

It resets my mind. When you pray all you have to do goes up to your head. When you are praying you become more aware of yourself. your body wants to get rid of what is bothering at the moment, then it thinks of the more deeper things of the prayer.
