Now that you’re a Camp expert, what do you think is next? How can ITP Camp grow, shift, and take further shape? What would you recommend or what would YOU like to do?

Grab a kit from the counselor desk and build a car for our Nerdy Derby, the no-rules pine wood derby that we’ll be hosting at Maker Faire New York. During this session, we’ll be in the shop helping out with car construction. Since there are no rules, you can totally trick out your car in any way you want.
During this workshop we will discuss higher level concepts involved in developing openFrameworks applications. We’ll focus on interactive installations and talk about important design patterns that you normally learn through years of difficult trial and error. There will be a lot of teaching by example. Participants should have some experience with openFrameworks: maybe you’ve used it for a project you’ve worked on, or you’ve even taught it to others. This workshop will be lead by Kyle McDonald and Zach Lieberman.
