What We Have:
ITP has four audio stations with the following hardware and software:

Important
Each workstation has two drives: one for the OS and applications, and one, the Media Drive, which is specifically there to hold your projects and all related files. It is crucial that you create any new project (or transfer any project) on the Media Drive, which will both avoid problems with clogging up the system, and give you better performance with audio and video. Projects which are left on the system drive run the risk of being unceremoniously dumped by anybody who bumps into them, or at least will be moved to the Media drive where they belong
Getting Sound
To get sound in ProTools, you must plug in your headphones directly into the front of the MBox, not into the computer. For any other program, plug your headphones into the front of the computer.
