Show list is up
Hi all,
The list of projects in the show is posted at http://itp.nyu.edu/map and
http://itp.nyu.edu/show. Approximately 130 projects were included, and we
think it will be a very good show. The bad news is that approximately 60
projects had to be cut for lack of space. Apologies to those who were cut.
We did our best to make sure that as many students as possible were
represented by at least one project.
Many projects were moved to new locations to arrange the show so that all
projects would present best with their neighbors. Make sure to check the map to
see where your project is located, and if you have questions about the
location, talk to Tom for the details.
If your project is in the show: the equipment list will be published later
this weekend. When it is announced, check the list and make sure what was
assigned will work. If not, check with Rob Ryan.
Because of the large number of projects in the show, we have a shortage of
computers for the show. If you were assigned a machine but can use your own,
please let Rob know so he can free up machines for those who don’t have them.
If you are in the show, please review what’s expected of you at
http://itp.nyu.edu/help/show.
Thanks,
Tom and Jean-Marc
