Many of you have asked about summer scholarships.
This notice about summer scholarships was sent out via NYU direct at
the beginning of February. If you have any questions, please contact
student affairs.
ITP summer classes will be available in the next couple of weeks.

Dear Tisch Student:
We are happy to announce that summer scholarship funds are available for
TSOA students who register for summer TSOA classes in New York or TSOA
International Programs for the Summer 2007 term. Students do not
have to be
registered at the time they apply, however students who are deemed
eligible
to receive a summer TSOA scholarship should be registered into at
least 4
TSOA summer credits by April 2nd, or they will lose their award. This
summer scholarship can only be awarded to students registered into Tisch
courses.
Scholarship guidelines:
Please note: Only undergraduate and graduate students who are U.S.
citizens
Or permanent residents are eligible to apply.
As this scholarship is based solely on demonstrated financial need, all
applicants should be sure to file the 2007-2008 Free Application for
Federal
Student Aid (FAFSA) by the March 1st deadline.
Students interested in being considered for a summer TSOA Scholarship
should
send an email to Dory Smith-Wilson in the TSOA Student Affairs Office at
dls1@nyu.edu. In the official request students should include their NYU
student ID number, the total number of credits they intend to
register for,
and should submit this request by March 19th. Submissions made after
March
19th will not be considered.
