Upcoming Ruthless Cleaning: Wednesday, Dec. 5th
ITP already suffers from a scarcity of space but lately, this
circumstance is being compounded by a growing mess!
Anything NOT labeled with your name, email-address and “Show” or
“Final” seriously risks being discarded.
General Areas:
If you have materials in any of these places remove them immediately:
• Locker Tops
• Classrooms
• Hallways/Lounges (behind poles, under tables and couches, hidden in
a cable tray)
Studio/Shop Areas:
• Only items contained neatly in a blue bin and/or labeled as noted
above will be spared
* Temporary Holding Area:
In order to make the shop safer and neater, if you have a large item
and it is labeled, it may be stored in the holding area of the right
side of the Japanese Room (404) – you MUST speak with John Duane or
Rob first to get approval to store developing installations there first.
By Wednesday, December 5th – in preparation for the upcoming end of
semester events and to best accommodate finals – your cooperation is
essential in this effort.
Items not labeled and stored as indicated WILL BE DISCARDED.
Some have already been bringing stuff home – thank you!
