Enter Your Course Choices; NO WAITING LISTS FOR THESIS COURSES
All ITP Announce Messages are archived here – http://itp.nyu.edu/help/announce/
Reminder: all students need to enter their registration choices by
5:00 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, November 30.
Go to http://itp.nyu.edu/help/
and under Highlighted FAQs, click on Spring 2008 Registration. Log
in using your netID and password, and enter your courses in order of
preference.
Remember if you are going part-time this semester, you need to
indicate how many ITP credits you are seeking. The system default is
16, so you will need to change it to the correct number of credits
(4, 8, 10, etc.) you are seeking this semester, and then hit SUBMIT
to record your preferences.
Second-years, please note that there are NO WAITING LISTS for any of
the THESIS sections, so you should list alternate sections among your
choices. As the Thesis sections are strictly limited to 12 students,
a number of you will likely not get into your first choice of thesis
section. However, if you recognize that the purpose of the thesis
instructors is to help guide you through the thesis process and not
to generate content in the course, you’ll understand why you should
not be overly concerned about which section you wind up in.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Good luck!
