FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1 IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR MAY 2008 GRADUATION!

Reminder to all May 2008 graduation candidates:
All students intending to receive their degree in the Spring of 2008
MUST register to graduate by calling Torchtone
(212) 995-4747 by TOMORROW, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1.
Unlike past years, the Registrar has informed Tisch that they will
NOT accept list from the department with their lists of graduates.
If you intend on graduating in May 2008, you MUST call TorchTone and
apply to graduate.
If you have never called TorchTone before, you will be prompted to
create a pin number when you call. Once you create your pin number,
you should proceed to the Registration menu (option 1), and listen
for all the options. When you hear the number for applying for
graduation, press that number. It should confirm that you have made
an application to graduate, and ask you for a confirmation of the
spelling of your name.
If for some reason you cannot access the graduation registration
menu, you should call the Registrar at 212-998-4290.
Graduation registration ends TOMORROW, FEBRUARY 1, 2008.
By registering to graduate students will accomplish the following:
- Notify the Registrar that you intend to graduate in May 2008 so
your name can be put on the list of students expecting to receive a
diploma (upon successful completion of the requirements).
- Ensure that you will receive an invitation to Tisch Salute with
instructions on how to secure tickets for you and your family in the
Spring.
- Ensure that you will receive All-University Commencement
information and ticketing intructions.
It is important to remember that information about graduation and
ticketing will be sent to you via e-mail and regular mail. All
students should update their contact information in Albert so
materials, such as the Tisch Salute invitation, are sent to the
appropriate addresses.
