Tali PadanAlumni, Class of 2005
Originally from Israel, Tali lived mostly in Atlanta, Ga, where she studied Computer Science at Ga Tech, and then moved to New York. Through ITP, Tali took an interest in education, especially developing skills and building confidence in young people through projects in digital media.
After volunteering to teach weekly classes for women incarcerated in Riker's Island Jail, Tali wanted to expand her knowledge in social justice and immigration. She went on to study Intercultural Conflict Management in Berlin and finally ended up in Newcastle, UK.
In Newcastle, Tali works for the Anne Frank Trust, developing programs for young people around Anne Frank's story as well as issues of identity, discrimination and stereotyping today.
