Riko was inspired by NYC and Ms.Red Burns.
When she came back to Tokyo, she decided to reset her career and became a cuisine professional which she had been longed for.
In 2010, she opened cooking class called Riko's kitchen. Since then she published 6 cooking books in Japan. And her first book is translated in English...above. Thanks Red!!
