Ted Hayes is a sonic experimenter and poet-hacker, responsible for such diverse artworks and performances as a mythological city-founding ritual for soprano and string quartet to electroluminescent geometric musical instrument to spectrum-analyzing glowing boxes. His work has been performed and exhibited at ISSUE Project Room, Le Poisson Rouge, the New York Center for Art & Media Studies, NIME and more, and is the recipient of a New Radio and Performing Arts commission.
