Zoe Fraade-Blanar is a UX designer, author, and accidental entrepreneur. As a media adviser she helps organizations experiment with their digital presence, fan management, and data visualization. Her work has been used by outlets like eBay, FINRA, The New York Times, The Hubble Space Telescope, The U.S. Department of Labor, The U.S. Postal Service, and IBM. She is also founder and owner of the nifty e-commerce company Squishable. Her book "Superfandom: How Our Obsessions Affect What We Buy and Who We Are" is due out from W. W. Norton in late 2016. She holds a Master's degree from ITP and a B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University in Computer Science.
