This fall he is designing "Eternal" at the Ontological Theater, and a new opera to premiere in the lobby of Philadelphia's Barnes Foundation. Later this year he will design "Butterfly's Trouble" with Opera Company of Brooklyn and CUNY's City College of Technology. Recent designs include "Owen Wingrave" with Opera Philadelphia, and the world premiere of Andrew Lippa's "I Am Harvey Milk" in San Francisco.
His work has been seen in New York at the Duke Theater, 3LD Art and Technology Center, HERE Arts Center, The Pearl Theatre, P.S. 122, Ars Nova, and the Wild Project. He has worked with directors such as Michael Mayer, Daniel Fish, Benjamin Endsley Klein, Daniel Goldstien, Noah Himmelstein, and Tina Shepard.
Before moving to New York Andrew lived in Seattle, where he co-founded the Satori Group. With Satori he spent several years directing and designing shows, while leading their development process.
