Aaron Sherwood

Aaron is a musician/new media artist living in Brooklyn. He uses technology to intertwine the human body with sounds and visuals, and to foster interaction. He has done production work for Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo, and as a composer, has written for film, theater, and dance. In 2011, along with Kiori Kawai, he founded Purring Tiger, a multi-cultural, multimedia, experimental performance group dedicated to bringing people together in the context of art, in a subtext of wonder. Currently they are Artists in Residence at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center.
