EricChiusPitchJobtube How does a good human resource website works? Perhaps a website that contains a rich data base, or the quality list in the database, in other words, full of good people. For the employer, it is very important that they get a very clear view of what are their potential employees may be? Their basic info, What they are capable of, moreover, what they look like? For those who seek for a job, most people's concern are usually the appropriate way to express themselves, to make the possible employers understand them more. Usually to invite the candidates on the list for an interview is one way to get a good look of what the job applicant looks like or sound like, moreover, to decide this person is suitable for the position or not. But before the interview actually take place, some sort of pre-select work should be done, for it can save time for both sides. Sometimes it is not an easy job for employers to see a person from its written resume on the HR database, employers may realize that the applicant is by fay not the person they need at the very beginning of the interview, and this would be what I refer to wasting both side's time, as I previously mentioned. It is rather important for the employer to meet the applicant in person, in order to save more time, owners now can look up "Jobtube" where there are lots of resumes, in video format. So that employers are able to select applicants in a more accurate way. |
