  1. Lee-Sean Huang
    • Mumbo Jumbo Maracas
    • http://leesean.net
    • A trio for Wiimote, keytar, and maracas, with Eric Mika and Arturo Vidich. I forgot my native language...
  2. Ari Joseph
    • p*t*e*r*o*p*t*y*x
    • http://www.nottwomu.ch
    • p*t*e*r*o*p*t*y*x draws its inspiration from mysterious Malaysian fireflies which are known to blink in unison. In this performance, the fireflies are channeled to visualize complex, polyrhythmic behaviors that are often a challenge to viscerally intuit.
  3. Winslow Porter
    • The People, for the Record
    • http://www.carbonpictures.com
    • I am treating my two musicians like records. Keeping them in a cool, dry place. Actually, I am cuing, scratching and phasing them with the aid of vinyl control records.
  4. Drew Burrows
  5. Anthony Ptak
    • Live Bar-coding
    • http://axoxnxs.com/
    • Using a recycled barcode device from the trash in musical performance.
  6. Ted Hayes
    • Neurohedron
    • http://log.liminastudio.com
    • Neurohedron is a 12-sided physical interface for a neural network step-sequencer model that controls software instruments, such as a piano or synthesizers. Each face is associated with a musical note, and proceeds around the surface of the device in a nonlinear path, adjustable and adaptable in realtime.
  7. Jayoung Chung
    • Moonlight
  8. Milena Selkirk
    • Jilted
    • http://www.myspace.com/jiltedtheband
    • Jilted is a self-contained virtual rock band for any musician who's ever been stood up or bailed on the night of a gig. Using interactive sound and video, the "human" performer can trigger her projected band mates, songs, and sound with foot pedals and floor pads. Jilted performs original songs by Milena Mépris.
  9. Paul Rothman
    • MK 1
    • http://www.fridgebuzzz.com/synth/mk1
    • The MK 1 is a programmable midi controller in a familiar form factor. Comprised of 32 LED pushbuttons and 6 touch-sensitive copper plates, the MK 1 allows the user to control music synthesizers by means other than a traditional keyboard. Joining me onstage tonight are Jay Rothman, Matt Solomon and Mitchell Yoshida.
  10. Karla Calderon
  11. Lara Grant
    • 16th and Mission
    • http://laras-home.com
    • Using the machine I love to hate most, 16th and Mission is a performance telling of the relationship between creator, medium and machine within the realm of fashion design. It will be comprised of two sewing machines, each producing noise in conjunction with conductive fabric, thread, microphones and built-in machine mods. I will be joined on stage with the imitable Amy Koshbin.
  12. Michelle Mayer
    • The Tuning Grove
    • http://www.michellemayer.com
    • The Tuning Grove is the remains of a small grove of powerful ancient trees which have become, in their current petrified form, instruments that produce healing tone and light.
  13. Ariel Nevarez
    • Mimbre
    • The Mimbre is an orb that desires to be played with persistent pressure and the violent recoil of the bow.
  14. Carolina Vallejo
    • Waiting - Penelope's blanket
    • http://carolinavallejo.com
    • Penelope's blanket, song for Ulysses. Music in collaboration with Maria Linares.
