Tuesday 12/8

• your program notes due, email to Hans
• your equipment list due, post on class wiki: PerformanceNotes2009
• 2pm - Hans around ITP for helping
• 6:30pm-midnight - dress rehearsal, room 447, pizza

Monday 12/14

• after 9pm - stage all equipment in room 445

Tuesday 12/15

• 11am - everyone show up at ITP/room 445 to move things in the van
• 1pm - van leaves ITP
• 3pm - everyone should be at Southpaw setting up
• 5pm - start sound check
• 7pm - doors open
• 8pm - concert begins
• 11:30pm- everyone breaks down the concert and brings stuff back to ITP, room 447

Wednesday 12/16

• everyone comes to sort and return equipment stored in room 447 (our classroom)
• 10am - all equipment must be returned to ER
• if you are not showing your project in the Winter Show, it needs to go home by the end of the day on Wednesday
