I have already blown up 1 microchip and 2 voltage regulators. My goal in life is to be compassionate to all things including people, animals and even electronic components. Obviously, I am a work in progress.

Right now I'm most fascinated by physical computing for what it brings out in people... Frustration, annoyance, tears, irrational joy over the lighting of an LED, high fives, community and the kindness of strangers. I think if any of you haven't picked a space yet to observe for your "observation assignment", you should choose the P Comp lab. Fascinating place.

My background is film, video, documentary, video art. I've lived in Michigan, Chicago, LA and now, New York. I'm fascinated by media and technology theory, media education for kids, buddhism, archetypal mythology, psychology, evolving identity, mountains and human expression of all kinds.
