Photography line and motion, Is a composition of body movements and line drawing, Light and shadows unifying the bodies
http://itpanita.wordpress.com/motion/

Description
Motion is a a combination of a large canvas displaying several bodies comming out of a line drawing and black and white photography and a stop motion animation of how the innitial line created this shapes that became bodies creating a tension between male and female and finally movement comes out of this bodies.
Personal Statement
I was interested in compositions of photography and drawings, I, ve been studing stop motion animation,..and I wanted to create an animation that will have 2 different outputs. An animated output of the three dimentions that the composition can achieve only through an animation, and at the same time the stillness and esthetic of the 2d result of it. I wanted two see the tension between the bodies in the animation as well as in the still composition, and how one feeds the other.
Background
This piece combines the research of two classes. Imaging Reset, where we study digital photography, I wanted to combine drawing and photography , so I started studying body movements and tension. Together with the research of methods of motion, I wanted to add to this piece the organic esthetic of a stop motion animation of the line drawing and the composition that made this bodies interact between each other. With animation i wanted to add the third dimention to this piece making the bodies live through the animation and make the canvas appear not as a 2d surface but as a stage.
Audience
everyone
User Scenario
the canvas and the screen should be placed together with a distance from other projects.
Implementation
its a canvas of about 20 x 60 inches and a screen close to it
