Feel The Sound is a project developed for people with hearing impairment, offering a mobile and customizable alerting device. It consists of two wirelessly networked components: one that listens to recognize pre-recodeded sounds and one that alerts the user by vibrating and also providing visual reference. A few different sound samples can be recorded at any time. Then the device listens to catch for any of these sounds. If any sound is recognized, sends a message to the second piece that triggers the vibrating motor.
