An interactive sheath which generates heat for people who has fore-arm/elbow muscle pain from repetitive movements.
An interactive sheath which can be used as an additional form of communication between the wearer and device.

Once the wearer closes up a zipper on the sheath which will be acting as a switch and warm up the sheath and moreover when the user bends his/her elbow which will trigger a flex sensor, attached to the the arm's joint, will generate/increase temperature.

Background:As we are surrounded by many stress factors especially living in NYC, we would like to offer the users a different experience using basic elements, heat which is already embedded in the dynamic sheath. More fun facts are when wearer closes up a zipper it will act as a switch which 'turn-on' a device and then later on more they exercises by bending their arm, more they will get heat. Also, when it is not activated at all, which is 'Off' mode, wearer can fold down a bracelet and reverse them as an fore-arm accessories.
Audience:Whoever needs a heat stimulant for their physical treatment especailly for a fore-arm(carpal tunnel syndrome, or Rheumatoid Arthritis)
User Scenario:1) Hawk is a ITP graduate student who spends lots of time to coding and decoding to followup his academic schedule and recently, he got lots of tension in his right-hand fore-arm. It is not developed as a carpal tunnel syndrome yet, but he feels pain time to time, He would like to wear "Emotionara" which can help him by providing a heat and vibration to his fore-arm and release some stree out while he is wearing. When he doesn't need "Emotionar" he just fold down and reverse as an accessories, pretty often his friends asks him where he get those cool accessories.

2) Steve is a Yellow-cab driver and he drives average 10 hours a -day and for him, it is stressful to drive in a one of biggest city in the world, New York. Form repetitive hand gesture, he recently got stiff fore-arm movement, after wearing a "Emotionar" his pain released and also give him a extra moment to take care of himself.

3) Jen is a young female chef in a down town restaurant, since she stay most of her times in a kitchen, her physical movement is way more than usual people. Sometimes she has to move 10lb potato boxes or 20lb flour bag from basement to the kitchen. Also she using lots of knifes and heavy pots for cooking, her fore-arm is kind of abused by those millions repetitive movements, After she wearing a "Emotionara" she can take care of her for-arm and even though it is little time to time to provide heat and vibration, she feels much better than before.
Technical System Description:- Using one pic chip 16F819.
- Flex sensor is set under the surface of the arm bend, and sends the value to the chip which increase the temperature while they are activated by wearer.
- Also there are Peltier(output) are embeded under fore-arm bracelets and will be triggered as user closed up a zipper.

-LED blinking while it has shaked
Conclusions:It is still hard to merge two different categories, Fashion and Technology. As developing this project we found out that even these wearable tech filed is still young and it has lots of potentioal to grow up.
