| An interactive and visual musical touchpad device giving the user control using multiple fingers and pressure. | | One day while in the equipment room, I noticed that we had some devices that I had not seen used. After some research verified that the MTC Express, a touch pad sensor that tracks multiple touch and pressure, was purchased a few years ago but no drivers were available to update to the current operating systems. I chose this device for my sensor report with the hopes of reviving use of this device. Polkadots is a product of my research and work on the MTC Express. It is a musical program that allows the user to play notes with one or multiple fingers and pressure while visually seeing their keystrokes. |
