Description

Since smartphones have become widely used, almost everyone has the ability to take, save, and share photos. But not all demographics have the same understanding of how. Seniors, like my parents, love using their smartphones to look at photos that have been shared with them. However, they often find it too difficult to access and manage them. They are not familiar with smartphone control so they can only use limited functions such as the phone and text messaging. They are much more familiar with physically archived photos, like old-fashioned photo albums. MEGO explores ways that we can bridge this divided gap so we can more easily share special moments with seniors we love.
