2Cents is a physical installation, an audio vending machine box installed on a wall with a coin accepter, headphones, and 4 categories with push buttons. The four categories include encouragement, a kick in the ass, ITP faculty wisdom, or a random audio sample.



For a penny, users can choose to hear an audio clip from a category of their choice which has been recorded by a fellow student, faculty, staff, or passerby.



There will be a phone number displayed that anyone can call into leave their own audio recording to be added to the vending machine\'s audio database.



We are powering this project with Raspberry Pi and Twilio.
