This project is a physical representation of vermin violations amongst NYC-area restaurants. It will involve tiny enclosed diorama-esque scenes of restaurants, with one diorama each for A, B, and C graded categories. Based on an averaging and analysis of vermin data for each grade level, I will insert an appropriate amount of live cockroaches into each scene and put these scenes on display.
