DACHIS GROUP ANNOUNCES JEN VAN DER MEER AND PARKER LEE PROMOTED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, DACHIS GROUP

Company’s expansion fosters growth in global leadership team

AUSTIN, Texas–October 13, 2011–Dachis Group, the world’s leader in Social Business, powering the design, development, management, and measurement of Social Business performance in the marketplace, announced today the promotion of Jen van der Meer to Executive Vice President, Dachis Group and Parker Lee to Executive Vice President, Global Business Development, highlighting the company’s global growth and commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic management team within the company.

As Executive Vice President, van der Meer will now lead the global Dachis Group service delivery team overseeing account services and project management teams worldwide in three countries and six cities including Amsterdam, Austin, Madrid, New York, Portland, and St. Louis.

Lee will head the new Dachis Group global business development team as Executive Vice President, Global Business Development.

About Jen van der Meer

Jen van der Meer is a strategist focused on developing sustainable relationships between people, products, and brands. A former Wall Street analyst and economist, van deer Meer has held executive management roles at Organic and Frog Design. She has provided brand strategy, research, product design consulting, and technology marketing strategy to clients such as MTV, Chase, Nextel, Interface Inc., Disney, and GE.

Van deer Meer most recently served as Managing Director of Dachis Group. She joins Dachis Group from Drillteam, now Dachis Group, where she worked as lead strategist, and conducted research and brand engagement plans for Toyota, Nestlé, Saucony, Neiman Marcus, and Target.

In addition to serving on the board of the Designers Accord, she writes and speaks on the topic of Social Business and sustainable design, and is an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s ITP School. Van deer Meer holds a BA in comparative religion from Trinity College, and an MBA from HEC in France.

About Parker Lee

Parker Lee has more than 30 years of business experience in a wide range of industries, including technology, entertainment, and sports marketing. Lee joins Dachis Group’s management team from XPLANE, now Dachis Group, where he served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.

Prior to joining Dachis Group, Lee worked as an Internet strategy consultant, where he was responsible for development and implementation of Internet marketing and community development for the California State Democratic Party during the 2004 election. Lee also led sales and licensing efforts for FeatureCast, a producer and syndicator of online digital content for such brand-name properties as Teen Magazine, National Enquirer, and America’s Most Wanted.

Prior to his technology career, Lee was Director of Entertainment & Special Events for Caesars Palace, where he managed Grand Prix auto events and boxing and tennis matches.

A graduate in Organization Development and Long Range Planning from the University of California, Davis, Lee is an accomplished public speaker on the topic of technology marketing, communications, and design thinking.
