EVENT: Citizen Science for Urban Sustainability

In a nutshell: Citizens, scientists, designers and developers join forces to build new apps and tools for measuring, modelling and improving urban sustainability, through citizen science and crowdsourcing techniques. If you have a great idea, or want to help others who do, come along!

Friday Night Pitches: Present your idea in 2 minutes and attract a team. 8pm – 10pm Friday 2 November. Held in the Common Room, Ground Floor of Tisch School of the Arts.

Weekend Hackfest: Teamwork & food & drinks. 10am-10pm Saturday 3 November and 10am-6pm Sunday 4 November. Join in as long as you like. Held at ITP, 4th Floor of Tisch School of the Arts.

Inspired by: The ITP course Citizen Cyberscience where you can see some examples of cool citizen science projects that ITP students are working on, or add your own!
