Learn about options for financing your education, including different federal loan programs. Learn the difference between a private and a federal loan. We will cover repayment options as well as options for borrowers who are struggling or in default. Finally, we will cover some of the new loan forgiveness programs.

Presenter: Chris Dlugozima, Certified Consumer Credit Counselor. Mr. Dlugozima is a financial educator

with GreenPath Debt Solutions, a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals to better manage

their money and thus improve their quality of life. With over a decade of experience counseling individuals in financial difficulty, Mr. Dlugozima travels around the tri-state area to educate people on a variety of financial literacy topics. In 2012, he led over 150 presentations and through his efforts, reached more than 30   3,000 individuals. He has been featured on WABC TV, NY 1, The New York Daily News and the NY Times.
