ITP Faculty/Alumnus Danny Rozin at Exploratorium

Danny Rozin’s show at the Exploratorium, San Francisco opens June 19th and will run till September. It is part of the Exploratorium’s “reflections” summer.

The show contains 8 of Danny’s pieces including mechanical, sculptural and software mirrors from 1999-2009. The show will debut a few new pieces including a USA debut of the piece “Broken Red Mirror” 2000-2009 which features a large disassembled/collected image of Red Burns, (who was just awarded the Explorarorium’s “Women in Science” award) a new piece “Self Excluding Mirror” which is a sister piece to the piece “Self Centered Mirror” and a new software piece titled “Mirror No. 10 – Sketch Mirror”

Danny will be out in SF installing the show and attending the opening.
