Lina Giraldo at Boston Convention Center
ITP Alumna, Lina Giraldo has a piece called “Rain” up all summer 2012 at the Boston Convention Center.
“Rain BCEC” is a representation of how many bottles of water and coffee cups we consume and waste. It is currently being displayed as part of the Art on the Marquee on the BCEC. The top screens are filled with soda and water bottles, while the lower screens with one time use coffee cups. All bottles and cups are computer generated with life-like physics.
