Join Facebook Product Design for an interactive panel featuring Margaret Stewart, Drew Hamlin, and Luke Woods as they discuss a day in the life of a Product Designer and answer your questions. They are also recruiting for both full-time and internships!

Drew Hamlin
Drew joined Facebook in 2007 as a Product Design Intern. He now leads the team designing Messages, Photos and Graph Search for mobile and web. Drew graduated from University of Washington with a BFA in Visual Communication Design.
Luke Woods
Luke P. Woods is a product designer and manager at Facebook where he leads the design team focused on growth, engagement and mobile. Prior, he was an interaction designer and project leader at IDEO where he worked with clients including Ford, PNC Bank and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to bring human-centered innovations to market. Luke holds an MFA in interaction design from the University of Washington and a BS in digital design from the University of Cincinnati. 

Margaret Stewart

Margaret Gould Stewart is Facebook’s Director of Product Design for Advertising, Pages, and Commerce. She previously served as Director of User Experience at YouTube. Prior to that, she spent two years leading Search and Consumer Products UX at Google. Over the course of her career, Margaret has led the design teams for 5 top 10 most visited websites in the world.

Margaret has been a leading practitioner and manager in the field of User Experience for over 15 years. After graduating from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program in 1995, Margaret consulted extensively with New York media companies such as the New York Times, Time-Warner, and Scholastic to develop many of their first forays into the web. She lives in Palo Alto in an Eichler home she bought from the 85 year old original owner, with her husband, three children, and spoiled golden retriever, Sunny.
