Amol Sarva, the founder of Peek Mobile will be speaking at ITP.

Amol is an entrepreneur who has been involved in a range of mobile ventures including Virgin Mobile USA, Blue Mobile, and most recently Peek — a mobile email startup that launched a first-of-its-kind service in 2008 to great acclaim. Peek was the gadget of the year for Wired and the best invention of 2008 according to Time.

As one of the original members of the Wireless Founders Coalition for Innovation, Amol have been a contributor to the policy dialogue around the wireless industry, recently having appeared before the FCC and Senate on spectrum matters. He has been quoted in a range of media including C-SPAN, NPR, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, USA Today, and CNET. Amol is also an original member of the Founders Rountable.

Amol wrote a Ph.D. dissertation in cognitive science at Stanford University after completing his undergraduate work at Columbia University.
