Learn all about how you can participate in the annual Stern Business Plan Competition – hosted by the NYU Stern School of Business. Cynthia Franklin, Senior Associate Director of the Berkley Center for Entrepreneurial Studies will be available to answer any questions. PLUS – meet the ITP team, SocialBomb, (Adam Simon, Michael Dory, Scott Varland) who WON last year’s competition!

The goal of the competition is to promote and support entrepreneurs as they create new ventures. The competition is a year-long program which includes seminars, workshops, and individualized feedback from mentors and venture capitalists.  The program is a refinement process which provides content rich feedback to all competition participants and a road map on how to take an idea to market.

This year’s participants will be competing for cash prizes totaling $175,000, plus $50,000 of in-kind support and the opportunity to participate in Stern’s Virtual Incubator Program.

We continue to foster a culture where learning and student networking is accessible to all of NYU schools through the competition process.

The competition Kick-off event is scheduled for Sept. 23, from 5 to 7 pm, 40 W. 4th Street, Schimmel Auditorium.  The info session will include a panel of competition winners and judge/successful entrepreneur.
