Library of Babel
Library of Babel
The library of Babel is consisted of hexagons. The imagination is really remarkable. And so is the description. I appreciate the idea that simple structures goes to an infinite network. The library of Babel is consisted of numerous hexagons which are connected with each other and form a large complex library. The library is as perfect as honey bee hive which saves materials, has sufficient space and is very stable.
Since the hexagon structure is so perfect. It has been used widely in wireless telecommunication as a effective topology. The cellular mobile system and some DSL networks are constructed just like the library of Babel. But in the telecommunication area, the hexagons have different sizes instead of identical hexagons.
