Metaforms

The biothing website is by far my favorite so far...they make such amazing pieces with the laser cutter...being that I am to create a "puzzle" for my industrial design class using a laser cutter, they give me insight to the complexities of a laser cut design. They are soo intricate and delicate, and already having done a prototype of my industrial design "puzzle" project I know how challenging it is to create a form on a computer without having seen/created the structure physically and then the finished product coming out exactly the way you designed it on the computer...they are doing great work!

UNStudio also has some nice designs...I like the Newer Orleans work, which I don't think really appeals to the city culture but is an interesting design for the future.

Gabriel Winer is another interesting approach to some similar ideas that have been presented over and over again. I don't know what I think about his re-creation or what I am supposed to achieve through it. This hybrid reality through screens is interesting but my question is why? I think I need to know more about the installation or actually visit it.

Party wall is really intriguing...creating variable space is something that I think is needed in a place like new york with such a small capacity of space.

I like the design of the wind shape...something about bringing new design into an old space is cool.

Being an archetect or someone that designs spatial entities is challenging and a lot of hard work to think of creative/innovative designs.
