Smartbuilt Homes This company in Washington state labels their work" Smart technology, built green, universal design". Build A Green Bakery in New York City's East Village, a project of The City Bakery. There is a forced Flash intro to the website but the site as a whole has some great information on how everything that goes into this bakery - from the walls, floors, paint and even the baked goods it sells - are focused on a sustainable future.
