MeganMuch of what motivates me is the developing of practices that can expand way beyond these next few months. I am so very new to the topic. I am particularly interested in how to break the habits that are so ingrained in everyday life. (Seriously it's taken me 10 years of gradual change to get to this...and I am willing! Why should anyone one else care? How do we make the shift easy and make sense?) On that note I am completely on board with Andrew's idea. Only when we practice the extreme ourselves, can we grasp how to integrate it feasibly off the floor. |
