mobilecaller.com is an online retailer of virtual prepaid phone cards. A virtual phone card is much like a traditional phone card, except that they are delivered in the form of a 14 digit PIN # via email. They pretty much provide the absolute lowest long distance rates available when talking from a mobile phone.
Since my family and friends are scattered all over the world, this sort of service it perfect for me. I can call Israel and Hong Kong from my mobile phone using unbelievably low prices (4cents per minute calls to ISRAEL!). Another nice thing about this service, is that the account management/billing is fairly organized online. In addition, they allow you to setup speed dial numbers when you log into your account over the net.
THIS IS NOT A TEXT MESSAGING APPLICATION! I know. bummer. But hey, its a great service. All we need to do is make it more compatible for mobile phones, using, hmm... maybe text messages!?
