04 DISTANCE, Sep 23

04.Distance

Part 1: Show the top three nodes using one color for the perceived nodes and another color for the calculated nodes.
Part 2: Show two diagrams before and after modifying edges or nodes. Highlight the top nodes in both diagrams.
Part 3: Show two merged networks (yours and your friend's) in the same canvas. You have to merge your GraphML files in a meaningful way, you will create new connections. Highlight the shortest path between the top nodes in your new network.
