Final: Electrical Problems

This round I haven't had any problems w/the mechanics, but am having some difficulty figuring out the circuit board with which I'm working. I've gathered that I need to use copper wires after a small accident, but can't tell what voltage I'm working with or figure out how to connect everything to the breadboard.
