Serial Output to Processing

Using serial.print from an Arduino to a processing sketch the variable resistor  / potentiometer value can be visually mapped to a continuous graph. It would be fun to see the same concept applied to a multi axis accelerometer and mapped to a continuous 3D shape in processing…. maybe some GPS data for reference and overlay within 3D arch or terrain models in real time???
