Excellent response! It's very interesting to hear your perspective on the readings from a theater background.

Great observations, and it's good to hear you're going back to the readings to attempt to bring everything together. Remember in the Crawford reading when he says that the actors must “think” about what it “heard” before responding, he also talks about different levels of interactivity. It seems that at lower levels of interactivity this "thinking" step gets pared down to the point where it barely exists. It seems that as long as there is some processing going on, an interaction can count as low-level interactive. But, I wouldn't get too hung up on the exact definition. The most interesting interactions are not necessarily the high level ones anyway, but it's useful as a framework to think about interactivity in general.

Excellent video! And an excellent mockup as well. It's great that your fantasy device is something that helps you do a job better - you must really enjoy your craft. Great work.
