relay.1&2 >>> Video as a medium puports to carry meaningful content. I have found out that it does. Light. The individual pixel. Content rides shotgun. Any medium is a medium of communication in some way. From smoke signals to machine vision, a message is communicated. The content of that message is changed by its carrier.
During the past two weeks I have been interested in mapping analog brightness values from video to other outputs. Early on I started experimenting with electromechanical relays as an output device in and of itself. Connections are made, vibrations, sound. There also exist the possibility here for other connections.
