Meredith Monk is totally new to me. I have never listened to her music until I walked into the theater. Her voice is involved emotion and sensation that are really vibrated to the space and audiences. In her music the unexpected and the randomness create a intriguing composition which I found very enjoyable. Visually, there are few parts that I like a lot which is the instrument made by the bicycle wheel. the sound was bouncy, and the lighting besides adds its mysterious look onto the screen. Over all, I would prefer to close my eyes and really involve into her music and skip a lot of stage performance.
