For my final i've decided on using a SMS sensor in my Mac Book to make it seem like you are tossing me around a room by shaking my laptop. So far I have the X-axis working but the idea won't really work unless I build something for the laptop to sit in and always some back to center before the user shifts the laptop. So far here is the code.
So for the past 2 weeks I've been doing a side project of my Human Graphic Equalizer. Which basically is an audio equalizer that shows me standing up and squating down based off the sound taken in from the microphone built in the computer.
I used 19 images of myself squatting and standing, which is then incremented based off the FFT readings of the microphone.

Currently I know I need to dedicate more time to ICM because I feel I'm not where I'd like to be. I understand the concepts and the possiblities of processing but I can't sit down and write it out in code. I still need to do my homework with is re-creating a project using "classes" which we learned last week but I decided to do a few other simple assignments from previous weeks before tackling classes.
For my second week I tried creating a few different things.
1) A box that would grow and shrink (which I did).
2) Have a trail follow the mouse then disappear (which I did);
3) When you clicked the mouse an "X" would be placed where ever the mouse was. (which I couldn't figure out).
Shawn (my teacher) explained to do the third part I would have need to know how to use "classes" which is what we learned that day.
