Last week our group, now Pointers, formally Grand IO, held a live streaming lecture event and captured 4 new talks on various topics. The lectures were captured with UStream and subsequently posted online immediately with no post-processing. This week we worked on adding extra content to those videos through annotation, making them more valuable as they live on in the archive. Using Popcorn JS we were able to add links, photos, and extra information in time with the lectures to complement the lectures. The following is an example with annotations set over my Bicycle Tire Repair Tutorial.
