Intervention in a Public Space

I am running a little late on this one - but in a nutshell, my plan is to set up a projection screen in the window of my apartment, facing on to Second Ave. and also have a camera set up to video the response (if any).

I will be using close up footage of neon signs from Tokyo, as these are strong geometric patterns that are easily seen from a distance.
