For my ICM midterm, I set up the framework for an animated, interactive data visualization that will eventually pull “real-time” data from Twitter into Processing. Using the Twitter API, I will track key words based on emotions that appear in tweets originating in New York City. Each emotion is represented by a different color balloon. Presenting a test iteration of NYC Feels Fine.
