I HOPE YOU DANCE: for my lonely grandma
Music Tumbler --- Music Toy Design

Music Tumbler Design is aimed to emotionally satisfy the audience by shaking and rolling with the rhythm of music.

The tumblers stand still when no music is played; once triggered by the vibration from music, those satellite tumblers begin to shake. Since the tumbler speaker's head shakes the most heavily, a special sound effect comes out.

Image the “The Blue Danube Waltz” by Strauss is played from these speakers, one may feel the music is alive, fantastic and even more melodious when seeing the tumblers shaking.

In spite of certain loss of sound quality, it is not serious to non-critical listeners and can be neglected since the power output of satellite speakers is low. As long as the subwoofer is stable, the sound quality can be guaranteed.

P.S. At that time, I didn't know sensor technology and HCI, so the solution to provide such experience is very original and non-tech. However, thanks to this project, I began to enter into HCI field.
