This lab went pretty well once I got all of the components. I hooked it up and the LED went on, but the 5V regulator got REALLY hot REALLY quickly. Fortunately Joseph and Angela pointed out that I had put it on backwards. So once I figured that out, it was good to go. Here are some pics.
